Welcome to this weeks property report, the sun has finally appeared after a rough old week here in Wanaka, the weather has been horrid! The weather has not helped the developers working on Marina Terrace Apartments. If you have not read the local Wanaka news on the large slip this week check out he article by clicking HERE.

If any of these sections looks interesting, please call or email me and reference which section. I will be more than happy to send further details and venture out and Video/ FaceTime/Skype you so you can get a full idea of the opportunity that each section presents.
The Wine industry in Central Otago is now world renowned for producing stunning Pinot Noirs and more recently producing some well sought-after white wines too. We are very lucky to have a leading wine producer right here in Wanaka. Maude Wines are a serious player in the region, their operation is in the top three of production for the region. I recently caught up with the driving force behind the business Sarah-Kate and husband Dan Dineen. The full interview can be red on my blog HERE.
Snow is forecast for this weekend, which will add to the 73cm we have had over the last 7 days, not bad for spring skiing! Well worth planning a late ski trip this year and perhaps check out a few of these sections!
I always look forward to your feedback, so if you have any areas you would like me to explore please let me know. Have a great weekend I look forward to speaking to you soon.
