Weekly Update

Welcome to this weeks property report, the sun has finally appeared after a rough old week here in Wanaka, the weather has been horrid! The weather has not helped the developers working on Marina Terrace Apartments. If you have not read the local Wanaka news on the large slip this week check out he article by clicking HERE.

This week is sections week. I have been out and about taking photos of a number of sections as a guide for you to consider. Hopefully a good range for you to consider.

 Section 1. 412sqm, with a channel for lake views! $385,000 (3 left)  


Section 2. 500sqm,  with a really good channel for great lake views, $549,000. 

Section 3. 402sqm, Brilliant lake views from the top of the rise! $599,000  Be in quick for one of two!

Section 4. 761sqm, Private access down driveway, unobstructed lake views, simply stunning position $759,000.

 Section 5. The highly desirable architectural subdivision Stackbrae, we have land and full land and build packages available. Land from $400,000, finished build from $899,000. A lot of different options available and so close to town.

Section 6. 725sqm with a 7m build height on Kirimoko heights, plenty of options for this site. $470,000

Section 7. Positioned in the highly sought after Eely Point Road, strolling distance to town, surrounded by large established homes this 955sqm section is special, $825,000.


Section 8. Still one of my favourite sections to build a Wanaka retreat/B&B or large stately home. 4618sqm section in the desirable Mt Barker zone. All day sun and panoramic views.  By Negotiation.

The Wine industry in Central Otago is now world renowned for producing stunning Pinot Noirs and more recently producing some well sought-after white wines too. We are very lucky to have a leading wine producer right here in Wanaka. Maude Wines are a serious player in the region, their operation is in the top three of production for the region. Snow is forecast for this weekend, which will add to the 73cm we have had over the last 7 days, not bad for spring skiing! Well worth planning a late ski trip this year and perhaps check out a few of these sections!
