Weekly Update

Welcome to my weekly update,

I write this from a residence in Jacks Point Queenstown, preparing for my brother in-law’s wedding tomorrow. It should be a great occasion and the weather is turning it on. After running around Queenstown this morning I very much appreciate the quieter life over the hill in Wanaka!

No auctions this week, but we do have eight set for next Friday.

This week we viewed three new properties:

First up was an entry level tidy four bedroom home at 109 Infinity Drive. This property is two houses down from 105 Infinity, which we sold this week for $1,101,000. (Quiet Listing)

Second up was a cottage at Heritage Villas, great short term stay for commercial returns or permanent home.

Last up was one of the more affordable sections in the district, 800sqm at 5 Cooper Crescent, Luggate, price at $299,000.

Also this week I can let you in on a new listing of mine that is set to go live later this month with an auction date set for the 22nd March.  This is a tidy four bedroom home that is currently used as Wanaka base and a perfect holiday rental on Ragan Lane.  A great sunny home with established fencing and hedging in place for the little ones.
