Weekly Update

Welcome to this week’s property report. Quite a week down here with significant snow falling in town on Monday, schools were cancelled and town cleared out and headed for the hills for a late season ski!

Lots on the go for me this week with a cracking new section I have listed in ‘old’ Hawea. Perched on the hill with great lake views and perfectly situated between the local store and Lake Hawea Hotel, this large section is away from the hustle and bustle of town life and is a real winner – check out 16 Parry Crescent.

I had a rewarding week too, securing a great section at The Heights for Christchurch buyers who have have been watching the market with my weekly updates for some time. Not finding anything suitable to meet their needs we looked at sections and they spoke to relevant builders to see what could be achieved. Congratulations guys I look forward to seeing the designs and build in due course.

This week we viewed some stunning new properties coming onto the market…

First up was an incredible property at 16 Waimana Place, a significant home and surrounds that includes an indoor pool. If you were looking for a truly stunning property please inquire as this is one not to be missed.

Next up was an elevated section situated at 8 Barclay Place. With a 7M build height, this sections offers plenty of scope.
