Weekly Report
Good afternoon and welcome to my weekly property report.
It was Auction day last Friday, with four homes going under the hammer. First up was a very tidy 2 bedroom home on a stunning section on 43 Matheson Crescent, Albert Town. Plenty of interest in this property with competitive bidding and selling for $930,000.
Next up was a stunning home with glorious easterly views across the Clutha river and the best of Central Otago at 260 Pukekowhai Drive. Again more competitive bidding saw this sell for $967,000.
The third property this week was a great investment property with five bedrooms three bathrooms at 46 Noema Terrace, Lake Hawea. This one is now priced by negotiation.
The final property was a large garage and sleep out at 54 Nichol Street Lake Hawea, a perfect base to build your own home whilst living on site. This sold for $480,000.
A busy afternoon for all down here, if you had any questions on any of these properties and or would like me to source something similar please let me know. I am currently sourcing two properties for clients, so please let me know if you have a specific brief and I will do my best to source a property to your needs.
Next week I will focus on Stage 1 of the new District Plan and what this now means to home owners. There has been some significant zoning changes and allowances for land subdivision which is really exciting and brings opportunities to both property owners and current buyers. Do watch out for this.
Best regards,
Mitch
