Weekly Report
Welcome to this week’s property report.
Large established sections were the talk of the office this week, with 23 Ridgecrest and Lot 5 Mount Barker Road both selling for well over the million dollar mark recently. On another note, if you’re in the market for new homewares or interior furnishings, McKenzie & Willis are having one of their big sales – check out my link to what is available in t he Wanaka store by clicking HERE.
We visited two new properties on Thursday:
- First up was a brand new build at 24 Stackbrae. I sold the neighbouring property to a Nelson couple who moved in last weekend and are already loving it. This one is a spacious 3 bedroom home walking distance to town. A lot to like as a perfect holiday home.
- Second property is an elevated section at Northlake, great buying for just over $400K for a 700sqm section
