Weekly Report
Welcome to this week’s property report. Lots of things happening this week, with multi offers a plenty. We are experiencing some heat in the market on certain properties at present. My prediction last week that 14a Mallard Street in Albert Town would not last long was accurate – I’m not surprised, it is a wee gem! It was listed on Friday, we had three offers by Saturday night and my clients have had a conditional offer accepted thereafter.
I always like to seek out interesting reads and I recently found this one on property investment. Quite pertinent to our area in Central Otago, it is well worth a read – https://www.findco.co.nz/stricter-rules-for-property-investors
This week we viewed a wide range of properties: 18 Orchard Road is next. If you are seeking space and a family home on the town fringe, then look no further. With almost 1.19 hectares, all day sun and mountain views, this is a must see. I will be at the open home at 12pm tomorrow, or by appointment. Feature image.
3 Kakapo Court is next. An ideal lock up and leave holiday pad in Kirimoko. 7 The Heights Avenue is a premium section with the ability to go two stories on the hill in The Heights subdivision. If you like the views from our place this is even better! There are plans for a stunning Mason and Wales designed home too, so please get in touch if you are searching for a very modern large home with spectacular views as a land and build package. This will launch next week but happy to FaceTime call or take earlier photos for you.
570 Aubrey Road is next. This is a large family home, filled with sun and great views of Mt Maude.
We finish off with a few section options over in Hawea: First up are Lots 3 & 7 Domin Acres – we sold three of these acre lots about 6 months ago and they were very popular. Then we’re at 3.2 hectares on 49 Partridge Road, Hawea. If you were searching for space for the horse or dogs, this could suit you well.
I also have a new Land and Build package for $879,000. This site is 150meters from where we have built in The Heights. Walking distance to town, a stones throw to the local schools and built by Landmark Homes who are renowned for build quality. I see this as a very good rental property investment or great family home. Great buying with it being a quality Landmark Home build too. If you have any questions please ask away.
Here is a link to a few photos of our new build, we have moved in and are loving it. https://mitchcampbellrw.co.nz/our-build-update-twelve/ Have a great weekend. I am juggling the kids, work and Hobbits skiing on Sunday as Portia heads up to NZ Fashion Week for work. Wish me luck!
