Wanaka is somewhat of a mad house this week, with the Wanaka Challenge triathlon on today. The kids have been completing their races yesterday – my 5 year old daughter Millie just finished her first race and was suitably impressed with her medal.
If you’re out of town for the race, but interested in following the action, you can follow the elite athletes on the Wanaka Challenge website and APP htt p://www.challenge-wanaka.com.
The town is abuzz with athletes and supporters, with plenty of people looking at houses whilst they are down.
We viewed three new properties on Thursday that will be coming online in the following weeks:
- 15 Little Oak Common is a large and spacious 5 bedroom family home in Meadowstone, and it’s valid to note that the owners want a result. This is a cracker of a house if you want something different to your typical 4 white walls! I like it a lot. (Featured Photo)
- If a solid four bedroom family home or holiday pad is in on the radar for well under the million mark, then 48 Rob Roy Lane will be perfect, presented beautifully, neat and tidy and so close to Mount Iron and the sports fields.
- Final home is another great family home in Hawea at 14 Paradise Place; another really well presented home, perfect for little children with space and established fencing in place.
Thanks for all your feedback on my interviews, I’m pleased that so many of you are enjoying them! Next week I will be running a summary of all the topics I have covered, most viewed and clicked through interviews to date.
If you are on the hunt and or wanting an update on latest property trends, please feel free to give me a quick call or email.
Although I wont be competing this year, I have locked in the swim leg in for the Wanaka Challenge in 2019 as I get back into the pool after a few months off training. If you’re up for the challenge, give yourself plenty of time to get training for next year!
Have a great weekend,
