Welcome to this week’s property report.
I’m not sure where winter is this year…. it has been another very mild week and there some rather bare slopes up on the hill!
Whilst the weather hasn’t been delivering, work has been keeping me very busy – I have some great new listings of mine to introduce to you this week including two cracking sections just down from our own build at The Heights and a lovely elevated section looking over Timsfield in Hawea.
Quick update from the Auction room floor today
We saw 187 Aubrey Road pass, but immediate conditional interest is right onto this one.
And also a large section at 7 Mountain View Drive, this passed in also.
My new listings are:
–
Lot 86 at The Heights. This is a wee gem and well picked out as it boasts some great views up to Mount Roy. Over 500sqm and priced at $435,000 get in quick as this won’t be around for long. The vendor is GST registered too.
– Next section is a private 400sqm section at
Lot 93 The Heights, a mere 50meters from our own place. This will get some stunning sunsets out to the west. This is priced at $485,000, again the vendor is GST registered. (Featured Image)
Then the teams new listings include –
Lot 239 in Timsfield. Perched on the rise, protected from the wind this section can allow for 7M build – the views out East, South and West are cracking. Priced to sell at $339,000.
Whilst in Hawea we have another new section at
Lot 292 Timsfield, on the flat and priced at $329,000.
We head back to Albert Town next at
33 Kingfisher Crescent. This near new home is in the family friendly Albert Town with Double Black Cafe a very short walk away.
18 Wexford Street is a wee ripper, a 1950’s crib looking out to plenty of space, entry level buying and well maintained – CV $500,000.
1 Mount Ida Place is a 4000sqm section just off Aubrey Road. This section is flat and elevated up off the road, not many sections this size left in town.
Lot 2, 5 Aurora Lane is next another large section just off Anderson Road, lots of scope with this one.
2 Perrow Street is up next, boasting some nice lake views in town and a very tidy four bedroom home.
Finally an exciting new project I am working on with my colleague Rachel Walsh… 151 Upton Street are five Condon Scott designed apartments right in town. Building will start in August. These are perfect high spec’d lock up and leave holiday pads right in town.
Lots going on as you can see – if you have any questions on any of these, please ask away.
A brilliant year of NZ sports continues with the All Blacks v Springboks test this weekend – I will be interested to watch Richie Mounga and Beauden Barrett both take the field on Saturday night.
My wife heads to Gore tonight for the MLT Hokonui Fashion Design Awards and the kids start their Hobbits ski programme at Cardrona on Sunday. And we thought moving to Wanaka would offer us a quiet life!
Have a great weekend
