Welcome to this week’s property report.

A short sharp blog post today. Unlike the lack of snow that we have seen on the ski field, there has been quite a bit going on this week!
We are seeing a significant uptake of buyers for sections at present – some well priced $450,000 sections at Kirimoko Summit saw five under contract after a hectic three day blitz!
The new Clearview Rise development has spurred a lot of activity as well. There is a shortage of good quality stock right now, so if you have a property and were considering selling now is an ideal time to test the market.
Under Deadline conditions my client secured 15 Sam John Place Lake Hawea on Monday – a cracking section, well done guys! Featured image.
We also snuck in a quick auction on 19 Arklow Street on Wednesday, with one bidder on the floor this was passed in. Within thirty minutes we had two offers and it is now under contract.
Our own home is coming along too. We have a move in date for the 20th August all going well!  I will post some photos early next week to my website The joinery and tiling are happening today so hopefully by Monday afternoon I can show you some decent interior shots.
NZ school holidays start on Saturday and I expect town to be rather busy over the next few weeks. The slopes will be even busier, especially with Treble Cone still to open!
