Welcome to this week’s property report.

Plenty of activity down here over the Easter break and with school holidays added to the mix, town is full and several contracts have been written up.

We snuck in a Wednesday Auction this week to capture interest in town. This resulted in three of the four homes selling under the hammer:

First up was 30 Charles Court this sold for $715,000 with three active bidders.

Next up was 136 Capell Avenue, with bidding not meeting the mark for this one. There was strong conditional interest which meant the vendors set a Deadline Sale for late today (26th). Featured image.

Next was 17 Snowberry Street in Albert Town – this sold for $807,000.

The final property was 5 Eden Close, a large family home, with this selling under the hammer at a very good price for $1,275,000.

There is still plenty of buyers in town and people actively looking for good quality properties so if you are considering selling please let me know.
