Welcome to this week’s property update.

A bit of a roller coaster week for me this week. I celebrated a big birthday at the start of the week, then had a short trip to Auckland midweek for a funeral and now snow has dusted the hills last night… winter is coming!
I have just left the auction room, scribing the bids today.
A very competitive environment this for 69 Beech Street, selling under the hammer for $1.215.
2 Clutha Place had bids but it did not quite make the mark, now priced by negotiation.
1153 Wanaka – Luggate Highway was passed in.
49 Mount Linton Avenue was passed in as well and now priced by negotiation.
We have plenty of properties to view, with more new listings coming on line this week.
A very tidy lock up and leave at 4B Niger Street
A stunning holiday home with beautiful Easterly views at 297B Aubrey Road
An elevated section at 7 Bargour Street will offer plenty at $475,000
