What a week of weather! From a heat wave right through to snow on Cardrona’s slopes, we’ve quite literally had it all.

 

My family and I escaped it all and are currently across the ditch on a late Christmas break, however it has not stopped the action on the property front.

 

With one auction being brought forward and two other properties selling under the hammer this week, our 100% clearance rate for 2018 is intact!

 

151 Lakeview Terrace commanding beautiful Lake Hawea views sold under the hammer for $852,000

 

3 Drake Place was a really interesting and likeable build, just back from the lake in Hawea. This sold under the hammer for $767,000.

 

97 Warren Street, Wanaka garnered a huge amount of interest with a pre auction offer starting the proceedings at $1.4M, then four parties being involved in the bidding and it selling for $1.551M. (Featured Photo)
