Welcome to this week’s property update.

It has been a stunning week of weather this week, with not a breath of wind. I can see what people often comment that late summer / autumn offers some of the best weather down here.  They’re not wrong!
We had one property up for Auction today 21 Ragan Lane. This was passed in, but with conditional interest circling – do get in quick.  With a rental appraisal of $620-$640 a week this will be great buying on a super quiet street and a short walk to town.
This week we viewed a couple of new listings…
  • The first is a very large home with stunning views at 159 Lismore Street, quality architectural buying in a highly sought after location.
  • The next up is a quiet listing of mine on Beacon Point Road, incredibly close to Bremner Bay and the walking tracks into town. This three bedroom property has scope to go up on level  to capture lake views. Please call for a private viewing and further information.
  • The last property is a new listing in Albert Town at 17 Snowberrry Street, a great new family home that won’t break the budget.

Junior soccer starts this Sunday so our young fella is set for his debut. As you can imagine there’s plenty of excitement in our house at present!
