The A&P Show was in full swing this weekend, Cafes and restaurants are full, the streets are buzzing – there’s a great atmosphere around.

We had three auctions on a Friday, all of which were competitively fought after.
First up was
Cottage 5 a great wee holiday rental in Heritage Park, with four active bidders, this sold for $695,000.
Next up was a very tidy property at 3 Matipo Street this sold for $928,000.
The last for the day was 8 Kingan Road in Luggate, this sold for $690,000.
This week we viewed five new properties around the district.
  • 69 Beech Street was a really interesting four bed two bath home, close vicinity to town. This would make an ideal holiday home.
  • 2 Clutha Place was next. This is an elevated four bedroom home with each bedroom having its own ensuite, this comes fully¬†furnished, quite a looker inside! Great lake views on offer with this one.
  • 11 Nokomai is a section in the elevated region of Northlake, a build platform looking directly North, this provides plenty of space and a great outlook.
  • 1153 Luggate Wanaka Highway was last up. If you were wanting space, a character home and large sheds for the toys this could be it (complete with your own olive grove !) then check out this one.
