Weekly Report

Welcome to this week’s report.

Autumn is upon us with some frosty starts – I faced some very cold mornings this week on the way to the swimming pool!
We had one auction today. It was an interesting one because it was a Heart Foundation lottery prize. The house owed the vendors $10 for the raffle ticket so a great position for them to be in!
With three very active bidders, this sold under the hammer for $755,000 at 3 Francis Lane- Hawea
This week we we viewed four new properties…
1. First up was a six bed, four bathroom modern home at 5 Old Station Avenue. With visitor accommodation consent in place, this could be an ideal earner when not in use. Launching to the market shortly.
2. 2 Clutha Place is up next – an elevated four bedroom all with ensuites and two living areas on Infinity Drive, great lake views on offer with this one. Launches to the market shorty as well.
3. 49 Mount Linton Avenue is a brand new four bedroom home in Northlake, ideal family home. Launches to the market shorty as well.
4. The final Property is a very modern 3 bedroom home nestled in the park like surrounds at 3 Parkview Street. A short deadline on this, the owners want to buy elsewhere so well worth considering.
This week I added the link to local builder David Owens. Click HERE to get an understanding on what a top builder thinks of building here in Wanaka.
Next week we have four properties up for Auction so a busy week ahead. My new listing at 21 Ragan Lane is now live, pop along to the open home on Saturday at 2pm. A perfect rental property to snap up. (Featured Image)
Finally our build is really coming along – the concrete slab will be poured next week for the mid floor and frames arriving mid next week. Its all go onsite, check out my latest blog post HERE.
If any of the properties I have mentioned are of interest or you are hunting for something specific, please get in touch.
Have a great weekend
