Welcome to this week’s property report.

Town is starting to fill up, as the summer holiday period begins – we can only wish that the new supermarket was opening this year!

We have one final week of auctions for 2018, set for next Friday with four properties to go under the hammer, plus a Deadline sale for the Acre sections in Lake Hawea.

For the month of November, Ray White Wanaka was 6th best performer for property sales across all Ray White Franchises in New Zealand – not a bad effort as we compete against much larger big city teams!

This week we viewed four new properties:

First up was a quiet listing of a stunning lodge. If exiting the hustle and bustle and creating a quieter life with home and income is on the agenda, please enquire further.

Next up was a very tidy family home at 53 Mount Iron Drive – a quick sale is required for these vendors with another property under contract, well worth considering. Quiet listing at this stage.

1,000 sqm of commercial land is next up at 5 Connell Terrace, Wanaka.

The final property is situated out in Queensberry – if you are looking for space and land this is worth a view. There’s even a pad to land the chopper.  86 Riverview Road. (Featured Photo).
