Weekly Report 21/2
Welcome to this week’s property update. It’s been another busy week for me with no sign of slowing down for the weekend. Today alone I have shown eight properties to three different buyers. I also successfully sold Double Black Cafe at full asking price this week. All the very best to the new owners – a great cafe to enjoy in Albert Town. I am currently working with three active offers too – at one stage I was dealing with buyers in Austria, the UK, Australia and NZ. What a week! Several new properties coming onto the market over the coming weeks:
- 116 Aubrey Road is next. This is an old crib that has been done up, close to the lake – an ideal holiday spot.
- Next we head off to Lake Hawea for a decent sized section at 68 Grandview Road. Nice open outlook to Grandview Range here.
- The final listing today is one of mine at 43b Hewson Crescent. Significant motivation to get this one sold as the vendor has another house under contract with me subject to selling this property. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, only two years old. Move straight in and enjoy. The first open home is Saturday at 3:30pm. Priced to sell quickly at $759,000.
- We will launch another four properties next week, a couple of crackers in Meadowstone, and some interesting commercial land.
If you have any questions on any of the following are not online yet, please get in touch. A quiet weekend is planned for our household as Portia (my wife) is about to start four week long placements in Auckland, Wellington and Palmerston North for her Masters in Psychology. T
he kids and I are slightly nervous!
Have a great weekend
