Welcome to this week’s property report.


With the final week of school holidays nearing its end, the town will be a bit quieter next week! We have had lots of interested parties coming into our office enquiring on houses and sections which is great; all wanting to secure a piece of paradise down here.


I was able to achieve that this week for an expat family who frequented Wanaka on holidays as children.  They have just purchased 239a Beacon Point Road. The owners are really happy to pass on this land to a family who will plan, design and build something special for themselves.  (featured image)


My stand out property this week is a 1124sqm section at 28 Penrith Park Drive – incredibly quiet, very premium, boasting beautiful views up the lake and on to the mountains. With current demand at present I expect this to sell quickly. If you were wanting a sizeable section with truly stunning views to build your dream home, this could be it.


Unfortunately there are no new listings to report this week, however we are getting strong interest in the three properties we have for Auction on the 10th of August, as you will see below.
