Welcome to this week’s property report. Summer is upon us and the town is beginning to fill up. The holiday atmosphere is starting to creep in which is great.
No Auctions this week, but do look out for next Friday where we have a number of entry level and or rental opportunities to be had.

This week on the property caravan we viewed some great homes, a teaser is below before they go live next week.
First property was a stunning family home, previously run as a B&B, giving you a variety of options for short term rental if required, beautiful private gardens and lake outlook, a real stunner on Warren Street.
We have a large five bedroom family home coming up in Meadowstone, beautiful outlook, one to watch.
The next is two big sections overlooking the township, phenomenal views to develop in high density zoning on Lismore Street.
The fourth property is a new build in the popular Albert Town, nearing completion now.
The last is a very chic home in Hawea, just back from the lake in a very quiet and private home on Drake Place, It would make a beautiful holiday pad. Lots to like about this property.

This weeks interview is very topical at the moment with Queenstown Lakes District Council proposed changes to short term rental options. I have interviewed Colleen Topping from Home & Co, Wanaka’s leading home rental company. A really good read and insight in to the home letting market.
I’m at The Heights subdivision today from 10am-12pm. There are some great sections so close to town available, so please call me and I can FaceTime or Skype you whilst on site if you are interested. My wife and I have purchased there ourselves so I’m happy to share our experience and the process involved too.
