Weekly Property Update
Welcome to this week’s property report.
It has been a quieter end to this week with no auctions onFriday. However the office has been all go with the launch of Moraine Rise in Hawea on Wednesday. Moraine Rise is a great new subdivision with 25 sections released and already we have eight of those under contract. Gorgeous mountain and rural outlooks. A couple of interesting properties to highlight this week;

I often meet families at open homes who are considering the move to Wanaka. Education is always high on the agenda and it definitely was for my wife and I. For those with young ones this weeks interview is with the family behind Wanaka’s newest child care centre – WanaExcel. Its well worth a read.
This week was always going to be busy with my wife away but as Murphy’s Law would have it our daughter came down with chicken pox this week too so there’s been a fair bit of juggling on my part – the joys of parenting!
