Weekly Property Report
Welcome to this week’s property report.
There has been plenty on the go this week, with one auction being brought forward on Wednesday, which resulted in some very competitive bidding and five homes all selling under the hammer on Friday afternoon! Despite what you may read about the national property market in the media, we are still seeing incredibly strong buyer demand for Wanaka property.
Quick update on a couple of new properties coming on line this week
110 Noema Terrace – this is a really tidy holiday pad, just back from the lake in Hawea. It is set for auction with a CV of $570k so this is well worth a look
Two new sections in Hawea have also come onto the market in Timsfield. These are priced well from $229,000.
Also a brand new 3 bedroom build in Timsfield Lake Hawea is set for completion by the end of the year and is priced at $590,000.

In my role I get to meet some really interesting people both as vendors and also as buyers from around NZ and offshore. I recently met Ben Logan, from Logan Lore. As the Director of Logan Lore, Ben enables clients to experience the beautiful outdoors that Central Otago offers, which is something that we could all potentially do with a bit more of…… the need for space, slow down, fresh air and no mobile phones!! Ben takes you outside of your comfort zone and enables you the chance to reset the pace of your life, away from the many detractors and stressful lives that many of us lead.
It’s a really interesting read – Ben offers a service that I would encourage either families, work colleagues or a bunch of friends to consider getting involved with. Click here for the full interview.
Best regards and enjoy your weekend,
Mitch
