Welcome to this weeks property report, the town is back its usual rhythm after another fantastic Warbirds over Wanaka last weekend. The F16 Fighter jet was a firm favourite for many last weekend.
We had an very interesting auction room this afternoon with two very different property options up for sale.
The first as a large sub-dividable land on the Albert Town Lake Hawea Road, it has a great location as the town expands with significant development potential, the room was filled with the local developers and this sold for $2,520,000.
The second was a 2 bedroom apartment off Little Street. Entry level for some or a perfect little piece of Wanaka investment with solid rental returns as a holiday apartment. Plenty of competition on the auction room floor with this selling for $632,000
This week we viewed two new properties…
1. If you were looking for an ideal holiday home, low maintenance, fine features, with lake views then 65 Kings Drive will fit the bill. This will be priced to sell at $1.3M, please get in quick.
2. A Little pearler is the next two bedroom cottage at 22B Heuchan Lane,
I have also bene working with a property developer who is creating four 3-4 hectare sections above Alex and Clyde. These boast great mountain views from an elevated position. Bordering a vineyard the outlook over central Otago’s famous vines will tick a number of boxes – a feeling of Tuscany is very much evident. (Featured Image).
If you were looking to escape the city and or would like some land to build a holiday/retirement home for years to come, these sections are well worth a look and are priced incredibly well. Please get in touch for further information if these could be of interest.
