Welcome to this week’s property report.
It’s been a rather bleak week of weather here with lots of rain, although sadly it hasn’t been cold enough to make any decent snow as yet.
In stark contrast it has been a hectic past two weeks for me, with four unconditional sales being confirmed which is great. As one client cheekily noted, that will pay for our new kitchen appliances!
I have an exciting new project launching today with one of the leading bespoke building companies in town – Landmark Homes.
There’s lots to like about this new build, with great northerly outlook to capture the sun and most of the hard work has been done for you. If you are looking for a very well built and spec’d Wanaka pad in a great location, then please get in touch.
This week we viewed two new properties coming onto the market:
First up is another wee gem on the town flat at 120 Upton Street. We recently sold two old cottages very nearby so anticipation is high for this one. Zoned medium density, with over 1000sqm on offer, you can subdivide and build down to four separate sites. If you want a project with lots on offer this is it!

I’m taking my four year old to his first bull sale tomorrow afternoon and whilst he’s very excited, I’m not sure he knows what he’s in for. I can’t have him being a townie all of his life!
