Late flourish for July sales

We had a late run with a number of sales to finish off the month of July.  My clients from Gore purchased a lovely four bedroom home in Peninsular Bay (featured image) at auction on Friday afternoon, and a Sydney based couple I have been been working with, secured stunning views with a brilliant section up at The Heights on the same day.


There are still plenty of options for sections at The Heights, so do get on touch if you are looking for a great location with option on different views, close to schools and within walking distance to the lake. Only a deposit is required now with the balance on settlement early to mid 2018 so these are great options for those who are still working on house plans.

Fridays afternoon’s auction was all go with a packed room and a range of homes all sold under the hammer.

17 Wilkin Road was first up. 2 Bed 1 bath, 110sqm on 864sqm section.  SOLD.


Followed by 44a Meadowstone Drive which saw fierce bidding display by two buyers. 3 bed 2 bath, 235sqm on 504sqm.  SOLD


Next was 11 Anderson Road.  A perfect entry level property or crib for years to come. 2Bed, 1 Bath, 70sqm on 725 sqm.  SOLD


We moved out to Luggate next with 1 Hopkins Street,  2 Bed, 1 Bath 100sqm on 827 sqm, A real project house.  SOLD.


The last property was 28 Infinity Drive, Perfect Family home 4 Bed, 2 bath, 214sqm on 1074sqm with great mountain views.  SOLD
