After almost twenty years in sales, I have quickly learned that client service is everything. From start to finish of any sale or client interaction, good service and clear communication are crucial. What also helps is being genuinely interested in your product and people’s individual needs and wants. I love property, and love the fact that I help people purchase land and design and craft something truly special, or find their dream home where new memories can be made.
I recently spent a really enjoyable morning showing an Auckland couple around Wanaka, offering different ideas and suggestions on a multitude of property options. The time spent with them and talking through their different possibilities, resulted in them successfully securing a stunning section on Penrith Park Drive. The lovely couple wrote to me this week with the following feedback…
Having decided on short notice to fly in from Auckland to view properties we had seen on line, Mitch took us around those properties and some others to compare. After deciding on the perfect section Mitch was supremely professional in his dealings with us during and after the multi-offer situation. The subsequent negotiations with the foreign vendor became challenging due to both a time difference and the vendor holidaying in a remote tech-free location but Mitch took this in his stride, made the negotiations much easier and kept things moving as well as keeping us informed. Mitch is personable, knowledgeable, thoroughly professional and simply a really nice guy. We highly recommend him.
